1. Shipping Locations

2. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹50-70 for orders below ₹1000.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over ₹1000, sometimes it also depends on the product weight.
Express Shipping: ₹2000 per order for faster delivery (subject to availability based on location).
3. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days in metro cities.
During holidays, promotions, or peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, with a tracking number for your convenience. If you haven't recieved confirmation email, please reachout to support@silverglem.com
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is unavailable for the moment. We try to facilitate this service soon.
6. Order Tracking
Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email or through the Deliver Partner website.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
